The drying-insect-killing system of YTD type developed solely by our company takes hot air as drying medium. The temperature is adjustable from the ambient temperature to 240℃. It can be easily operated and never deteriorates grains. It is the ideal equipment for drying, insect killing, cooling of corns. The complete set of equipment combine the functions of cleaning of large foreign substance, light foreign substance, insect killing, separation of insect and grain, drying, and cooling as one and can effectuate all the functions together, overcoming the shortcoming of single function of other similar equipment, reducing the investment of the client, and gaining big profit.

 

  The tower is equipped with both drying and cooling systems. It has a lower installation height and thus needs shorter time for installation. The observation and control are very convenient. The material is galvanized steel. It is connected by bolts. Its structure is toy-block type. It is also anti-corrosive, and applicable in the wet and rainy weather in southern areas.

 

  There is no power flowing for the material inside the tower during the drying and cooling process. A continuous, mild, and even exchange between the heat and moisture is obtained through multi-drying area, holding area, and cooling area. The quality of dried material is kept the same as the one being naturally dried. The color and smell are all kept quite normal. The ratio of cracked rice is low enough to meet the national standard. As for the drying of beans, rapeseeds, peanuts, and other crops and oil plants, the heat supply can be hot air oven, steam pot or heat conductible oven, coal gas generator or natural gas according to their availability.

 

  The system control is developed by our company and other institute, using expert-intellectual system, fuzzy control theory. In the production, it can realize automatic detecting, adjustment, memorizing according to the moisture inside the raw material and automatic control of air temperature, ensuring high accuracy and good effect. The automatic detecting and controlling system in respect of moisture and air temperature can effectively improve the material quality, and alleviate the labor intensity, and reduce operational costs.
