New technology for biological diesel oil
Biological diesel oil is one kind of clean and reproducible energy. It is a kind of liquid fuel produced from oil plants such as bean and rapeseed, oil tree fruits such as oil palm and Chinese pistache, oily water plants such as engineering micro-alga, animal fat, and used edible oil. It is a high quality substitute for the petroleum diesel oil product. The bio oil is a typical “green energy source”. To vigorously develop such a kind of oil has a strategic sense on the sustainable economic development, energy source substitution, environmental pressure alleviation, and the control of city air pollution.
The bio oil manufacturing patent technology developed by our company has the following characteristics:
(1) It is applicable for many kinds of raw material and thus it is divided into three series of products:
The first is the bio oil production equipment using plant grease, e.g., Mafeng Fruits, rapeseeds, palm oil, as raw material;
The second is the bio oil production equipment using swill oil, also called underground drainage oil, drained from households, foodstuff processors, or restaurants as raw material;
The third is the bio oil production equipment using high acid value grease such as the leftover bits and pieces after bean oil and peanut oil refining in the oil mills as raw material.
(2) High reaction transference rate. Up to 96.5%.
(3) Stable product quality. It reaches and exceeds international bio diesel oil standard.
(4) The capacity of the equipment, from small sizes to large sized continuous production mode, is designed and the equipment thus manufactured according to the client needs.
(5) Automatic control. High degree automatic operation, only requiring 3 operators, is realized through computer control and touch mode liquid crystal flat surface technology.
(6) High efficiency. 24 hour continuous production; low energy consumption.
(7) High degree of closed production. Complete closed production keeps out of secondary pollution.
(8) Auxiliary technologies. Such as primary swill oil purification and refining, technology which may improve the fluidity characteristics of the bio oil under low temperature.
